GLOW SYSTEM
Glow plug is installed in the combustion chamber of a diesel engine to assist in cold start, and recently operates during idling after start, thus reducing emissions by assisting in stable combustion.
  • Ceramic Type Glow Plugs
    Ceramic glow plugs are manufactured using ceramic heaters, which are composed of "insulated ceramics" and "conducting ceramics" with the best high-temperature shock resistance, and silicon nitride has good thermal conductivity and high heat resistance temperature. So compared to metal glow plugs, it is a role in stable engine start and idle stability.
  • Metal Type Glow Plugs

    Metal glow plugs are manufactured using a metal heater, in which the heating coil and regulating coil are located in heat-resistant alloy tube, filling with special, highly insulated powders, making it difficult to directly expose the coil to combustion gas and open circuit due to vibration. It also prevents short circuits caused by carbon because carbon is not attached to the coil.
